We believe enrolling your child should be an exciting and straightforward experience. Here are the clear steps to join the Unique Adventures Academy family:
Schedule a tour
Book a walk-through appointment online or call us at 6017205041. Meet our caring staff, explore our vibrant classrooms, and learn about our engaging programs firsthand.
Complete application & submit documents
Fill out our easy enrollment packet, available online or in person. This includes child and parent information, emergency contacts, authorized pick-ups, birth certificate, and immunization records.
Review, pay & confirm
Review and acknowledge our academy policies, tuition details, and safety guidelines. Submit the non-refundable registration fee to secure your child’s spot, then confirm their start date.
Preparing for your child's enrollment
To make the enrollment process smooth and quick, please have the following information and documents ready when applying: Your child's full legal name, date of birth, home address, any allergies or medical conditions, and special needs. You'll also need a copy of their birth certificate, current immunization records, and a recent physical/health assessment form. For parents/guardians, have your photo ID, current phone numbers, email address, and employer information. Additionally, prepare at least two emergency contacts, names of authorized pick-up persons with their contact numbers, and your preferred tuition payment method.
